Art Studio (Our Classes and Events)
My team & I organize art & ceramic parties for for all ages, kids to seniors . Appointments required, as limited seats are available. Pricing is based on project chosen.
Prices range from $10 - $65 per person, depending on size of project and include everything to complete your masterpiece.
Enjoy an evening of creativity and socializing. Beginners are welcome. No experience or supplies required. Groovy Dos will provide everything for you to leave class with your own completed painting. Registration is required due to limited seating. Charges start at $45.
Paint-Your-Own-Ceramics (Drop-In, Not a Class)
Pick a piece of ceramics and start creating. Pricing includes studio time, all supplies, glaze, and firing. The price for each piece ranges from $10 to $50. Groups & parties welcome. In-studio or take-away party packs also offered.

This class is for students wishing to develop their skill set and work on art projects only. There are no crafts sessions. Art skills sessions will emphasize the realistic portrayal of art subjects. Appropriate for children and youngsters between the ages group of 9 to 18. From $72 per month, private and group lessons available. This event is held on Thursdays from 5:00 - 6:30 PM.
Art and Crafts
I provide painting and crafting projects. Projects will include techniques on paper, canvas, ceramics, and 3D objects. My class is for students who love to be creative. Let’s get messy with colors. Appropriate for ages 4 and above. The pricing for this class is $79 per month, and everything is included. Two classes to choose from on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 5:00 - 6:30 PM weekly, following the school calendar. Classes run Sept-May. Preregistration required.
- The art programs for kids begin in the second week of September and run until the last week of May, following the school calendar for breaks.
- The monthly price is calculated based on the number of classes divided equally over nine months. Payment is required in the form of post-dated checks due to the first class of the year.

Registration Policy
All classes require pre-registration. The registration fee is $35. Unless otherwise posted.
Payment Policy
Full payment or post-dated checks for classes are due on the first day of class. No exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your place in a class requires two weeks' notice. Any cashed checks will not be refunded. However, any outstanding post-dated cheques will be returned.
Missed Class Policy
The fee you pay for these classes is not refundable. However, a make-up session can be scheduled at a time convenient to both student and instructor up to a maximum of two make-up lessons per student. The studio is available from Monday - Friday from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM at no charge for all students who wish to work on their class projects. Evenings by request.
Ceramics Studio
Groovy Dos Hair & Art Studio is excited to announce the opening of our ‘Paint-Your-Own’ Ceramic Studio, where you can come and design your masterpiece.
- Afternoons: Monday – Friday 1:00 – 4:00 PM
- (Drop-in for $5 unless included in project/class)
Evenings must be booked ahead, even if it is the same day. The studio closes at 5:00 PM unless pre-booked.
Everything is included in the studio packages and comes with the fee you pay. Pick a piece, and the price you see includes paints, instructions, tools, studio time, glaze, and firing. If you don't get it all done in one sitting, you can come back and finish it when you're ready. When you have completed your work of art, my team will glaze and fire it so that it will be available for pick up in 5 to 7 days.
These classes are meant for both children and adults. Whether it is a little something for yourself or that perfect gift, studio sessions will help you design that special something to cherish. The price ranges from $10 to $125, with the average being in the range of $15 - $30.
Kids Parties can be a fun way to celebrate your next child's birthday. Painters should be aged five and above and we have room for up to 10 participants. $60 for a 2-hour time slot for the artists to complete their painting, cake and presents if you choose.
You pick the price range (starting at $10), and you will be provided with a variety of different pieces for your little artists to choose from. Reservations required.

Book the entire studio just for you or include up to 4 couples for a group date night. Bring Appy drinks and your iPod, the studio provides everything else. Everyone can pick their project, or we can arrange a special project of the night. Let’s paint and party.
