GroovyDos Return/Refund Policy

Groovy Dos Hair & Art Studio

At GroovyDos we want you to leave satisfied with your hair. Obviously it is not possible to put it back after cutting so unfortunately hair cannot be returned. However color can be as a special service. The cost of color removal due to not being happy with the color provided by GroovyDos will be at no cost to you, and we will redo the color if the complaint is within 7 days of original color service. If however your color was done at home, or by another stylist, or more than 7 days have pasted – then it will be considered a color correction service and changed out according to a quoted price. Otherwise there are no returns or refunds for chemical services.

Product Returns

GroovyDos will not issue refunds for used styling products like shampoo, conditioner, styling sprays etc. but will happily exchange them for one that may suit better. If there is a difference in price on the exchange item GroovyDos will give you a credit towards your next service or product purchase.

Equipment Returns

GroovyDos will first offer a full replacement of any defective equipment including blow dryers, electric styling equipment, straighteners, curling irons and blow brushes as the first option. If client does not wish to receive a replacement then a credit will be applied towards any future service or product purchase.

Refunds will only apply to returns due to manufactures defects where a replacement item is not available. Used equipment and products can not otherwise be returned for a refund.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. We also do not refund items that have been already used. Fitting is ok and not considered used.

We do not require you to send the item back to us if it is damaged. We have a better idea – just take a picture and email us at 1lhfdesign@gmail.com and avoid paying any extra shipping all together.

NOTE: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and is being returned due to manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

To request a refund or replacement, simply click on “My Account” located in the footer on the home page of onelittlehotflash.com. Once there you can view all your order info and send that information along with a photo of the damaged item to 1lhfdesign@gmail.com (a link is to this email is also provided on the left hand side on your “My Account” page.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us. Yes really, a photo is sufficient for inspection. We trust you! If your request was for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. If your request was for a replacement due to manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will process your replacement item on the same business day as the approval and it will ship out upon fulfillment.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 1lhfdesign@gmail.com please include a photo of the damaged or defective item. It approved we will happily re-order the item for you at no charge.

Shipping returns

We do not accept shipping returns. It the product is damaged an email including a picture of the item or shipping damage is all that is necessary to process your request. We do not need the item back in order to process refund or exchange.
